Know Your Favorite Bollywood Stars – Sonakshi Sinha


Sonakshi Sinha is the daughter of veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughna Sinha and Poonam Sinha. She has two brothers whose names are Luv Sinha and Kussh Sinha.
She is known for her debut movie ‘Dabangg’ in which she starred opposite Salman Khan. This was her first movie in which she got a complete recognition as an able actress and a perfect dancer. Due to her performance in the movie and dancing skills, she got the chance to carry out many other dance shows at various award shows and stage shows. No doubt, she entertained the audience to the best of

her ability.
After her various appearances, she was started to be compared to the likes of Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and Mallika Sherawat as far as dancing is concerned. She has graced many stage shows and award functions with her graceful dancing. No wonder, she is one of the best female dancers in India today.
But earlier, she started off as

a model and was seen walking the ramp in the year 2008 at the Lakme Fashion Week. In the subsequent year as well, she walked the ramps for the same fashion show. Then coming to the films was just a matter of time for Sonakshi.
Seeing her acting talents, the legend from the south – Kamal Hasan wanted Sonakshi to be cast in his upcoming film. He wanted none other than the pretty Sinha girl in his movie. The movie is titled Viswaroopam.
This year, she was bestowed upon some important awards considering her performance until now. She got the Star Screen Award for Most Promising Newcomer, in the female category. This was followed by the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut. Both the awards were for the film Dabangg. She has Shirish Kunder’s Joker as her next film. Apart from that, she has also been announced for Race2 and Kick.
